TrueCar to sell auto insights subsidiary to research giant J.D. Power

TrueCar Inc. has struck a deal to sell subsidiary ALG Inc. to J.D. Power for $135 million. The transaction includes an upfront cash payment of $112.5 million at closing plus deferred payments of up to $22.
