The devastating toll the global pandemic is taking on the restaurant industry continues as the two of LA’s top chefs announce they’re closing their respective restaurants on the same day. Ray Garcia’s groundbreaking modern Mexican restaurant Broken Spanish and Aitor Zabala’s Michelin two-star Somni both bowed out today.
