Valley mall owner sees uptick in new leases during third quarter

Brick-and-mortar retail was one of the industries hurt the most this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the owner of a number of shopping centers around the #Phoenix area said it has started to see improvements in signing new tenants.
