Window of West Hollywood City Hall shattered by gunshot, building closed until Tuesday

City Council Member Lindsey P. Horvath shared the City's statement, explaining that around 2 a.m. a glass window on the building's Santa Monica Boulevard-facing side was shattered by "what appears to be a single bullet fired from a passing car."
